Intervals
Guided intervals, eyes off the screen.
A countdown before each rep, a call at the start and end of every step, and your target pace in your ears. Just run.

How it works
A free run, today’s workout from your plan, intervals, or a rematch against yourself.
Your coach follows GPS, heart rate and cadence, and talks at the right moment. Your music dips under the voice, then comes back.
Splits, zones, records and your coach’s take on the run, plus a story ready to share.
See it run
Every kilometer, every question, every route: your coach, live in your ears. Turn the sound on to hear it.
Ask anything
Hold the mic and ask out loud: “Can I hold this pace?” Your coach answers from your live numbers, right in your ears. No stopping, no squinting at the screen.
Every workout, coached
Your coach knows the plan, keeps you on it, and tells you how it went.
